IMPORTANT:
  • Over-the-head headsets are usually more secure than over-the-ear models, but weigh more.
  • Over-the-ear models won't mess up your hair, and look less geeky.
  • Headsets with longer microphone booms and/or noise-canceling microphones are better for noisy environments.
  • Binaural headsets block environmental noise and let you hear callers through both ears.
