About the KX-TDA systems
The Panasonic KX-TDA phone systems replaced the KX-TD systems, and are designed to provide features based on Internet Protocol and Local Area Networks, as well the conventional telecom network.

New features include VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol), LAN Networking, Advanced Remote Maintenance, SD memory card, CTI (Computer Telephony Integration), and digital wireless phones.

The KX-TDA100 and 200 control units ("KSUs") are constructed as card cages, like previous KX-T123211D, KX-T336, KX-TD500. Circuit modules slide into card slots to make contact with backplane. Cabinets can be mounted on a wall or rack, or placed on a shelf or the floor. Cabinets can be stacked.

These systems can use an optional internal IP Gateway Card for VOIP communications. By using the optional VOIP connection you can connect to a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN) to lower the cost of phone calls and unite distant offices or workers.

  • The KX-TDA100 supports up to 64 lines and 64 phones.
  • The KX-TDA200 supports up to 128 lines and 128 phones; and up to four systems can be connected together, to support up to 800 ports.
  • The KX-TDA50 is physically smaller.  It does not use the card cage design and and same plug-in circuit modules as the bigger systems. Its maximum capacity is 12 lines, 52 phones. It works with up to 28 multi-cell wireless phones.
